“The Totally Biased Wrap is an intricately cabled stole, with distinct bias patterning throughout. The beaded lace border continues the bias slant as a leafy motif. The sample has the border on one side only; it can be added onto the other side if desired, to make the wrap wider.”

Yarn requirements:
1200 yards light DK weight yarn
Sample shown in Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool;
7 – 50g /192yd skeins, has enough yardage for lace borders along both long edges
PLUS: 144 – 6/0 beads (288 needed for two lace borders)

Needles:
4mm / 6US straight or circular needles
3mm / 2.5US or smaller circular needle, at least 24” long (for picking up loops)

Gauge:
22 sts x 30 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch

Size:
20” wide x 62” long (optional version with two lace borders: 23” wide x 62” long)
